Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Southwest Pinto Beans with White Rice & Vegetables
  • 1/2 cup shredded, rotisserie cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup pre-shredded coleslaw mix
  • 1/4 cup shredded kale
  • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
  • 2 tbsp coleslaw dressing
  • 2 tsp Sriracha sauce

Instructions
