Use precooked or rotisserie chicken from the store in this dish and for various dinners throughout the week. Try this recipe tonight and our Asian Chicken and Rice Salad tomorrow. Both dishes are a great way to get more veggies on your plate and to use up any leftover veggies hanging around in the fridge like red pepper, carrots or broccoli.

Perfect Pairing

Pair this Asian-inspired dish with a simple side salad or a blend of your favorite cooked veggies. You can even host a complete takeout night and prepare a Quick Sweet and Sour Chicken or even a Beef and Broccoli Rice to pair with your sesame chicken.

Feel free to roast your own cashews, if desired. Set the oven to 350°F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or foil. Spread the cashews on the baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes. Let cool before topping your rice.
