Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
  • 1 can (5 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha hot sauce
  • sliced green onion (optional)
  • sesame seeds (optional)
  • 1 sheet nori, cut into 8 pieces

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In a serving bowl combine rice, salmon, mayonnaise, soy sauce and Sriracha. Stir to combine. Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds, if using.

    Step 3

  • Use the nori as a wrap for the mixture, making small bite-sized portions.

    Recipe Tips

    Substitute leftover cooked salmon for the canned salmon in the recipe.

    Add more texture and flavor to this dish with diced or sliced avocado.
