  • 2 cups Minute® Ready to Serve Basmati Rice
  • 1/2 cup grape tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper


  • When you take a classic Mediterranean combination – creamy feta cheese, fresh basil and juicy grape tomatoes – and add some fluffy basmati rice, you have a quick and easy meal that will keep you satisfied!

  • Heat rice according to package directions.
