Heat rice according to package directions.
In medium microwave-safe bowl, combine pulled pork, broth, tomato juice and chipotle; cover and microwave on High, stirring once or twice during cooking, for 2 to 3 mins or until heated through.
Serve pulled pork mixture over rice. Garnish with avocado.
