  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Garlic & Olive Oil Jasmine Rice
  • 1/4 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced yellow peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp store-bought Greek dressing
  • 2 tbsp feta, finely crumbled

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Combine cucumber, peppers, tomatoes, red onion and dressing in a small bowl. Stir to mix well. Add feta and stir to combine.
