The Secret to Great DIY Dressing

What makes a dressing genuinely divine? Besides quality ingredients, like good olive oil or the right vinegar, what makes a dressing deletable is balance. This homemade mustard seed and shallot dressing is made with citrusy, sweet, and tart elements — providing you with all the flavors you need to balance out this salad. It’s made with olive oil, lemon zest, lemon juice, minced shallot, grainy mustard and sweet honey. If that doesn’t sound like the perfect dressing for this dynamic salad, then we don’t know what is!

The best part is, you can save it in the fridge for another salad in the future like a Tuna and Rice Nicoise salad.
