Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown & Wild Rice
  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 2 tbsp Italian dressing
  • 4 oz smoked salmon

Instructions

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2
