Fall-Inspired Flavor

Much like Thanksgiving dinner, a majority of autumn dishes are full of soothing, warm flavors. This Harvest Rice has warm, comforting ingredients in abundance! Think of it as a homey, Thanksgiving-like lunch all in one rice dish.

In this rice salad, we bring sweet and savory flavors with typical, fall-inspired ingredients, including dried cranberries and chopped pecans. We then dress it with a light vinaigrette to go perfectly on top of a bed of greens.

Whether you’re a fan of a hearty rice salad or you love autumn-style flavors, this recipe is bound to make you a believer in one thing — the power of wild rice. This nutty, earthy seed can genuinely boost the characteristics of any dish. Our Minute® Ready to Serve Brown & Wild Rice combines this aquatic seed, it’s not actually a grain, with our fluffy brown rice.

The fast and easy mix is a convenient ingredient in this salad. Ready in 1 minute, our brown and wild rice combo is perfect for those who want to add depth to their recipes without spending hours over the stove. Who can blame them?
