  • In a saucepan, combine soup, water, onion, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.

  • Spray 1 1/2 quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Pour 1/2 of mixture into prepare dish.

  • Add rice, peas, and tuna. Add remaining soup mixture. Sprinkle cheese over top.

  • Cover and bake in 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.


Recipe Tips

Replace tuna with salmon, baby clams or baby shrimp. Wilt spinach in skillet with some butter and garlic, then scatter over the baking dish before adding rice, peas and tuna. Garnishes: Garnish with strips of pimiento before serving. Or, sprinkle crispy onions and fresh parsley over top.
