  • Bring broth, 3/4 cup water, mushrooms, butter and seasonings to boil in medium saucepan.

  • Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low Heat 5 minutes. Remove from Heat. Let stand 5 minutes.

  • Stir in Parmesan cheese.
