Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice
  • 1/4 cup crisp bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

    Step 1

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté for 4-5 minutes, or until cooked through.

  • Stir in rice and cover. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 5 minutes.
