Step 1
Heat oil in a large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring frequently, for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Step 2
Add the soup, milk and cheese; mix well. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Stir in rice and tomato; cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Stir before serving.
