Ingredients

  • 2 cups Minute® Premium Rice
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 1 lb beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
  • 1 pk (16 oz) frozen bell pepper and onion strips, thawed, drained
  • 1 cup shredded Mexican-style cheese with jalapeño peppers
