  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

  • Slice steak into thin strips; season with garlic powder and pepper.

  • Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high Heat. Add beef; Cook and Stir 4 to 5 minutes or until cooked through. Add bell peppers and onions, if desired, and cook until crisp-tender.

  • Combine teriyaki sauce and cornstarch, and Add to beef mixture. Bring to a boil, Stirring constantly. Simmer 2 minutes, or until sauce thickens slightly. Serve over rice.
