  • 2 cups Minute® Jasmine Rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1/2 cup diced carrot
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • Prepare rice according to package directions.

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add onions, celery and carrots to skillet. Cook over medium heat until tender crisp, about 3-5 minutes.
