Start your day off on the right foot with a simple and savory breakfast made with just 4 ingredients — eggs, sausage, cheese and our quick-cooking Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice.
Heat rice according to package directions.
Combine the egg, cheese and sausage together in a small, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 60 seconds, or until the egg is set.
Transfer the rice to a small bowl and top with the egg and sausage mixture. Season with salt and pepper, if using.
For easier cleanup, you can combine and cook the egg, cheese and sausage in an empty Minute® cup. Serve the egg-sausage mixture over the rice and simply discard the cup.

Then, simply add eggs from your fridge. Choose white, brown or organic, if desired.
