Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Organic White Rice
  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/4 cup cooked turkey sausage crumbles
  • nonstick cooking spray

Instructions

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Combine rice, egg whites, spinach and sausage in a medium bowl. Stir to blend well.

    Step 3

  • Coat a medium, shallow, microwave-safe dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour rice mixture into dish and microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the center is set.
