Heat rice according to package directions.
Combine rice, egg whites, spinach and sausage in a medium bowl. Stir to blend well.
Coat a medium, shallow, microwave-safe dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour rice mixture into dish and microwave on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes, or until the center is set.
