  • Heat rice according to package directions

  • In a small bowl combine rice, sesame oil and cream cheese

  • Blend well

  • Divide rice mixture on nori sheets, pressing to spread rice over entire sheet

  • Divide the kimchi, cucumber, carrot and avocado and place over rice along one edge

  • Roll nori around filling. Cut into desired number of pieces
