  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Multi-Grain Medley
  • 1 cup frozen, Asian-style mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sesame oil

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Combine vegetables, chicken, ponzu and sesame oil together in a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute.

  • Fold in rice medley and blend well.
