Complete Caesar Combo

Turn your favorite salad into a lunch that will keep you satisfied for longer by tossing in a heaping serving of our hearty, flavored grain blend. Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice & Quinoa adds texture and exciting flavors along with a dose of filling protein to any dish. With whole grains, from the brown rice, complete protein, from the quinoa, and fresh vegetables, you can transform any salad into a more balanced meal.

This salad is perfect for a lunch to take with you or to enjoy at the office. All you need is a microwave and in 2 simple steps, lunch is served. Simply heat the organic rice and quinoa for 1 minute and, while it cools, assemble your vegetables in another bowl. Toss together, and enjoy!

Create Your Own Croutons

No Caesar salad is complete without croutons. You can use your favorite croutons from the store, or substitute garlic-flavored crackers. Alternatively, if you have time and are feeling creative, try to make your own. Simply cut day-old bread into 1-inch cubes and toss them in a bowl with some olive oil, salt and garlic powder. Spread the croutons on a cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 375°F. The result is deliciously fresh and warm croutons that complete this or any other salad or soup you make! Keep a few on hand for your next Basil, Brown Rice and Tomato Soup.

A great meal-prep option, this dish is perfect to bring with you to work, school or to eat on the go. Before assembling, simply make sure to give the grains enough time to cool so they won’t wilt your greens.
