Heat rice according to package directions. Set aside and allow to cool.
Toss greens with half the vinaigrette in a medium bowl and place on a serving plate.
Toss rice, mozzarella balls, tomatoes, basil and pepper with remaining vinaigrette.
Place rice mixture on top of greens. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and drizzle with balsamic reduction, if using.
