If you’ve never tried a dish of tandoori chicken or something similar using this tasty marinade, tandoori sauce is an Indian specialty. It has a smoky and savory flavor perfect for marinating or combining with proteins like chicken and beans or even vegetables!
As this sauce is made with a blend of Indian spices, it is also served with yogurt to add a creamy texture and balance out the flavors with something fresh, so don’t skip it! If you don’t have Greek yogurt, swap in another plain yogurt or sour cream.
