Heat rice according to package directions.
Toss cauliflower florets with tandoori sauce in a microwave-safe container. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a gap on one side to vent. Cook on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring halfway through the cook time, until cauliflower is tender.
Top rice with tandoori cauliflower. Garnish with a dollop of yogurt and sprinkle with cilantro.
