Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp curry powder
