Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
  • 1/2 cup shredded, cooked chicken
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tsp curry powder

Instructions

  • Microwave rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In a bowl, toss together chicken, celery, mayonnaise, raisins and curry powder until combined. Stir in rice.
