Quick-Cook Method

You may be wondering how this dish can be both a skillet and casserole. To cut down on mess and cook time, the ingredients in this recipe are first cooked in an oven-proof skillet. Then, the dish is transferred to the oven to crisp up the components and give it that traditional, tandoori-cooked taste.

For this recipe, using Minute® Instant White Rice is key to getting the right flavor, texture and to cutting down on overall time. The instant rice cooks up in just 5 minutes so you can spend a little more time relaxing after a long day rather than standing over the stove waiting for your rice to be ready.
