Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Sauté mushrooms, celery and onions over medium heat until onions are transparent, about 4 minutes.
Stir in broth and soup and bring to a boil.
Remove from heat and add chicken, rice, poppy seeds and dill. Stir well.
Spread mixture into a greased, 2-quart casserole dish. Top with cracker crumbs. Melt remaining butter and drizzle over crumbs.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until mixture is bubbling and cracker crumbs are lightly browned.
