  • Preheat oven to 400˚F. Prepare rice according to package directions. Transfer to greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

  • Mix together cream cheese, hot sauce and barbecue sauce until blended; toss with cauliflower, Cheddar, salt and pepper. Spoon over rice. Sprinkle with blue cheese.

  • Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with green onions.


Recipe Tips

Substitute goat cheese or feta for blue cheese if desired.
