Step 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F. Prepare rice according to package directions. Transfer to greased 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
Step 2
Mix together cream cheese and hot sauce until blended. Toss with cauliflower, Cheddar, salt and pepper. Spoon over rice. Sprinkle with blue cheese.
Step 3
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown and bubbly. Sprinkle with green onions.
