  • 2 cups water
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice
  • 1 cup chopped, cooked chicken or ham
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced

    Step 1

  • Mix water, bouillon cubes and curry powder in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

    Step 2

  • Stir in rice and cover. Remove from heat. Let stand for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

    Step 3

  • Add chicken, mayonnaise and red pepper. Stir gently to combine.
