Easy Cacciatore

Try this Slow Cooker Chicken Cacciatore made with Minute® Instant White Rice and enjoy the ultimate weeknight dinner with the family. In this recipe, browned chicken thighs and drumsticks simmer in a slow cooker with a delicious pepper and tomato sauce until irresistibly tender and full of flavor.

The best part is, your appliances do most of the cooking. All you need to do is sear off your chicken pieces until golden, add your ingredients together and let your slow cooker do the rest! After 5 to 8 hours of slow-cooking, this cacciatore is ready to serve.
