Instructions

  • It doesn’t get any easier or more delicious for your weeknight dinner than this One-Pot Beef and Rice Skillet. Ready in just 15 minutes, it features some of your favorite, classic American flavors!

    Step 1

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring periodically, until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain off any excess fat.

    Step 2

  • Add water, Italian dressing and oregano to skillet. Bring to a boil.

    Step 3

  • Stir in broccoli and rice and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes, or until rice is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
