  • Preheat oven to 350º F.

  • Prepare rice according to package directions; set aside.

  • Brown meat in large nonstick skillet over medium heat; Drain off excess fat.

  • Mix in cooked rice, beans and tomatoes with chilies.

  • Cover bottom of baking dish with chips. Layer half of cheese over chips.

  • Top with rice mixture. Top with remaining cheese.

  • Bake uncovered, 15 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with green onions and sour cream, if desired.
