Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray both sides of tortillas with nonstick cooking spray and place in a single layer on a baking sheet.
Bake tortillas for 10 minutes, or until crisp and lightly browned.
Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions.
Stir beans, corn and taco seasoning mix into cooked rice. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes, or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Top crisped tortillas evenly with rice mixture. Garnish with lettuce, cheese and salsa.
