Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 large banana, cut into 1/4-inch thick slices (about 16)

  • These quick and tasty treats come together in no time! Made with 4 simple ingredients, they’re easy to whip up anytime the craving strikes. Try this recipe with Minute® Ready To Serve Brown Rice for a delicious dose of whole grains.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions. Stir in peanut butter until well combined.

    Step 2

  • Microwave chocolate chips in a microwave-safe dish on Medium for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until melted and smooth. Set aside.

    Step 3

  • Meanwhile, spread 1 tablespoon of rice mixture on each of the banana slices.

    Step 4

  • Place the banana slices on a parchment paper-lined tray. Drizzle with melted chocolate. Freeze for 1-2 hours, or until chocolate is set and bananas are frozen.
