Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute®Brown Rice Cups
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp slivered almonds (optional)
  • 1 tbsp butterscotch chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Peanut Butter? Yes! Honey? Yes! All you need is Minute® Brown Rice Cups and you’ve got a satisfying snack or dessert in no time. If you want to make this dish sweeter, add in some butterscotch chips for yummy, melty goodness.

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

  • Stir honey and peanut butter into hot rice. Blend well. Top with almonds and butterscotch chips, if using.
