  • Prepare 1 bag of Rice and Quinoa according to package directions, using milk for water. (If desired, use skim milk, soy or almond milk). Set the cooked rice and quinoa aside.

  • In a medium-sized mixing bowl, add orange zest and juice, and chopped apple. Stir to combine.

  • Add in yogurt, vanilla, honey, ground cinnamon, dried fruit, chopped nuts and cooked Rice and Quinoa; Stir until well combined.

  • Cover the bowl and place the muesli mixture into the refrigerator and cool for an hour or overnight.

  • To serve, top generously with fresh seasonal fruit, if desired.
