Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Brown Rice
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh basil
  • 2 cups diced, cooked chicken
  • 1 cup chopped mango
  • 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 lettuce leaves, washed, dried and shredded
  • 1/3 cup crumbled goat cheese

Instructions

  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Allow to cool.
