Step 1
Heat rice according to package directions.
Step 2
In a small pan add olive oil, then heat the shrimp for 2 minutes.
Step 3
In a medium bowl, toss green apple, ginger and lemon juice together.
Step 4
Mix the contents of the bowl on top of the rice. Place shrimp on top and serve.
Add soy sauce and/or chili paste for extra flavor.
