Ingredients

  • 1 cup Butter & Sea Salt Jasmine Rice Cups
  • 1/2 cup large shrimp (about 7-8 depending on size), cooked
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup green apple, diced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Heat rice according to package directions.
