Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Butter & Sea Salt Rice
  • 1/2 cup large shrimp (about 7-8 depending on size), cooked
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1/4 cup green apple, diced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Refreshing and delicious from the first bite, this tasty salad is ready in only 7 minutes or less.  

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions. 

    Step 2

  • In a small pan add olive oil, then heat the shrimp for 2 minutes. 

    Step 3

  • In a medium bowl, toss green apple, ginger and lemon juice together. 

    Step 4

  • Mix the contents of the bowl on top of the rice. Place shrimp on top and serve. 

    Recipe Tip

    Add soy sauce and/or chili paste for extra flavor.
