Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
  • 1/2 cup canned mixed beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/4 cup prepared salsa
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • This 5 ingredient chili bowl is quick and comforting. Try it with Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice.

    Step 1

  • Microwave rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Meanwhile, toss together beans, salsa and tomato sauce in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH heat for 60 to 90 seconds, or until heated through.

    Step 3

  • Toss bean mixture with cooked rice. Sprinkle with Cheddar before serving.
