  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Southwest Pinto Beans and Rice
  • 1/3 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 tbsp chopped green chilies
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
  • 1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • diced avocado
  • fresh cilantro (optional)

  • Heat the rice and beans according to package directions.

  • In a medium-sized, microwave-safe bowl combine rice and beans, chicken, chilies and sour cream.
