Ingredients

  • 1 Minute Garlic Parmesan Rice Cup
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • ½ cup fresh spinach
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Step 1
    Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2
    Melt butter in a pan on medium heat. Add spinach and cook for 2 minutes or until wilted.

    Step 3
    Add heavy cream and allow to cook for 1 minute. Stir in rice and cook for 1 additional minute to ensure everything is heated through.

    Step 4
