Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® White Rice Cups
  • 1/3 cup leftover roast turkey, shredded
  • 1/3 cup leftover turkey gravy
  • 1/3 cup leftover Thanksgiving dinner vegetables, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup leftover stuffing
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce (optional)

Instructions

  • Cheesy Leftover Turkey Casserole is a perfect way to use up all those yummy leftovers.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Stir together rice, turkey, gravy, vegetables and half the cheese in a medium bowl. Spoon into greased 2-cup, microwave-safe casserole dish. Sprinkle with stuffing and remaining cheese. Cover with plastic wrap, pulling back a small area for venting. Microwave on HIGH, for 60-90 secs, or until heated through and cheese is melted.

    Step 3

  • Serve with cranberry sauce, if using.
