Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Brown Rice
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • 4 tsp cranberry sauce
  • 2 cups packed baby kale
  • 1/2 cup shredded, cooked turkey
  • 1/2 apple, seeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • Whisk together vinaigrette and cranberry sauce in a medium bowl until blended. Add rice, kale, turkey, apple and pecans.
