  • Prepare rice according to package directions. Cool completely.

  • Meanwhile, whisk together soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger and sugar; set aside.

  • Heat oil in large skillet or wok set over high heat. Cook turkey, carrots and half the green onions for 5 to 7 minutes or until turkey starts to brown and carrots start to soften.

  • Stir in rice, edamame and corn. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until well coated. Stir in soy sauce mixture and cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until rice is heated through and veggies are tender.

  • Garnish with remaining green onions and sesame seeds.


Recipe Tips

Alternatively use 1 oz. ground turkey adding with the rice.
