Leftovers for the Win

After the holiday whirlwind when you can finally take a breather, you may notice your fridge is full to the brim with food, but your guests have all left. There are only so many turkey wraps and casseroles you can make before your taste buds start asking for something new. This is when Turkey Fried Rice shines!

If you’re craving this recipe, but the festivities have passed or are still months away, use ground turkey.

This recipe combines all of your favorite Asian-inspired flavors, like soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, garlic and ginger, alongside long grain Minute® Instant Jasmine Rice which cooks up in 5 minutes so you can spend less time over the stove.

Flavor Fusion

If you’re on an Asian-inspired flavor kick, make a double batch of the dressing and save some for another recipe, like a Asian Shrimp and Rice Salad or Asian Salmon Rice Bowls.

If you’re wondering if you can swap in the Minute® Instant White Rice you already have on hand, the answer is yes! Although jasmine rice adds a fragrant flavor to the dish, both are long-grain varieties so you can feel free to swap in one for the other in your fried rice.
