Perfect Meal Prep

By mastering the art of meal prep, you’ll save both time and money and reduce food waste. For example, as many of our recipes include a portion of frozen peas, simply seal the rest of the bag in a freezer-safe zipper bag. If you already have some favorite recipes, practice the Meal Prep technique of portioning out pre-measured bags in order to simplify mealtime.
