Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve White Rice
  • 1/2 cup leftover roasted squash, chopped
  • 1/2 cup leftover roasted turkey, chopped
  • 1/3 cup leftover gravy
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas, thawed
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • Pinch salt
  • Pinch pepper

Instructions

  • Pile those Thanksgiving leftovers – roasted squash, sliced turkey, savory gravy – on top of Ready to Serve White Rice to create an unbelievably simple yet satisfying plate; you’ll be feasting on all those fall flavors in 8 minutes flat.

    Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In medium microwave-safe bowl, toss together roasted squash, turkey, gravy, peas, parsley, salt and pepper. Microwave on High for 2 to 3 mins or until heated through.

    Step 3

  • Stir rice into turkey mixture.
