  • Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high Heat. Add broccoli, red bell pepper and onion; Cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  • Stir in water and soy sauce. Bring to boil.

  • Add rice and chicken breast strips; mix well. Cover.

  • Reduce heat to low; Cook 5 minutes or until rice is tender and chicken mixture is heated through.
