Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice
  • 2 pkgs (6 oz each) grilled chicken breast strips

Instructions

    Step 1

  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add broccoli, onion and bell peppers and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
