  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pkg (16 oz.) frozen Stir Fry vegetables
  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice, uncooked


  • In just under 20 minutes, you can enjoy a savory and well-balanced meal with chicken sauted with sliced garlic, stir fry vegetables and soy sauce all served over a fluffy bed of Minute® White Rice!

    Step 1 
    Cook and stir chicken and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high heat 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

  • Step 2 
    Add water, soy sauce, sugar and vegetables; Stir. Bring to boil.

  • Step 3 
    Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.-

White Rice can be substituted for Brown Rice to add more whole grain to this meal.
Cook the rice in chicken or vegetable broth to infuse more flavor in the rice.
