  • 1 tbsp canola oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 pkg (16 oz) frozen stir-fry vegetables
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1/4 cup light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 cups Minute® White Rice


  • In just 15 minutes, you can enjoy a savory and well-balanced meal of sautéed chicken, garlic, stir-fry vegetables and soy sauce served over a fluffy bed of Minute® White Rice!

    Step 1

  • Heat oil in a large skillet set over medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic and sauté for 6-7 minutes, until chicken is evenly browned and cooked through.

    Step 2

  • Add vegetables, water, soy sauce and sugar to skillet. Bring to a boil.

    Step 3

  • Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff rice with a fork before serving.

    Recipe Tips

    To add more whole grains to this meal, feel free to use Minute® Brown Rice in place of the white rice called for in the recipe.

    To infuse more flavor into the rice, try cooking it in chicken or vegetable broth instead of water.
