  • Heat rice according to package directions

  • Coat a medium microwave-safe bowl with non-stick cooking spray

  • Add egg and sesame oil, if desired to bowl and scramble lightly

  • Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds

  • Remove and stir to break up cooked pieces

  • Add rice, peas and carrots, soy sauce, ginger and green onion

  • Microwave on HIGH 30 seconds. Stir and serve
