Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries

Instructions

  • A chocolate lover’s dream, this creamy rice pudding is made with chocolate hazelnut spread and milk, then topped with fruit of your choice. Use Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice for an aromatic touch.

    Step 1

  • Stir together rice, milk and chocolate hazelnut spread in a small, microwave-safe bowl.

    Step 2

  • Microwave on HIGH for 60-90 seconds, stirring halfway through, or until rice is heated through and most of the liquid has been absorbed. Let stand for 2 minutes.

    Step 3

  • Stir to combine. Top with berries before serving.

    Recipe Tip

    If you prefer, substitute milk with evaporated milk or almond milk. Chocolate lovers can even use chocolate milk.
