  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp chocolate hazelnut spread
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries


  • A chocolate lovers’ dream, this creamy rice pudding is mixed with chocolate hazelnut spread and milk, topped with fruit of your choice. Use Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice for an extra aromatic touch.

    Step 1

  • In microwave-safe bowl, stir together rice, milk and chocolate hazelnut spread.

    Step 2

  • Microwave on HIGH for 60 to 90 seconds, stirring halfway through the cook time or until rice is heated through, creamy and most of the liquid is absorbed. Let stand for 2 minutes.

    Step 3

  • Top with berries before serving.
