Peachy Keen Tips

Don’t have peach pie filling on hand? For an easy alternative, wash and slice a fresh peach into wedges. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet and add the peach slices. Sauté for 3-5 minutes, or until the peach slices have softened. You can also use frozen peaches to make this quick treat whenever you want!

You can also prepare this dish with other seasonal fruit. We recommend blueberries, raspberries or sliced strawberries with sliced and toasted coconut shavings. If you’re a fan of rice pudding, you might also like to try our Coconut Rice Pudding or our Chocolate Coconut Almond Rice Pudding.
