Ingredients

  • 1 cup Minute® Ready to Serve Jasmine Rice and Red Quinoa
  • ½ banana, mashed
  • 2 tablespoons 2% milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or brown sugar
  • Fresh berries

Instructions

  • Step 1

  • Heat rice according to package directions.

    Step 2

  • In a small serving dish combine banana, milk, honey and rice. Mix well.

    Step 3

  • Top with berries. Serve warm or allow to cool to room temperature.

    Tip

    Substitute with your favorite alternative milk.  Top with crunchy granola.
