Heat rice according to package directions.
In a small serving dish combine banana, milk, honey and rice. Mix well.
Top with berries. Serve warm or allow to cool to room temperature.
Substitute with your favorite alternative milk. Top with crunchy granola.
There are a few different ways you can mash your bananas.
With a Fork: Before you mash your banana, you are going to want to peel the skin and remove the banana string as well. Once you have removed the string and skin, put the banana into a bowl and mash with a fork until you have the desired texture.
With a Food Processor: Peel your bananas and remove the banana string. Cut your bananas into smaller pieces and place the pieces into a food processor. Finally blend until you have a banana puree.
